Informed Consent (pursuant to articles 13 and 23 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003)
The Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30/06/2003 provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.
According to the law, the processing that we intend to make using your personal data is only possible with your consent and subject to adequate information having the contents indicated in art. 13. According to the aforementioned law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protecting your privacy and your rights.
